How The Sisterhood Network Began
The Sisterhood Network was founded by Rachel Norman as a place to share her journey of personal growth, faith, health, entrepreneurship, and rediscovering purpose during a new season of life.
After years spent raising a family, homeschooling, managing responsibilities, and putting many personal goals on hold, Rachel found herself facing a question many women eventually ask:
“What comes next?”
As she began rebuilding her health, pursuing new business opportunities, creating new income streams, writing books, and strengthening her relationship with God, she realized she was not alone.

Rachel Norman is the founder of The Sisterhood Network and the owner of RandRNorman LLC.
She has experience in accounting, bookkeeping, entrepreneurship, homeschooling, writing, and online business development. Her passion is helping women gain confidence, improve their financial knowledge, strengthen their faith, and create lives filled with purpose and possibility.
Through her writing, products, journals, and educational content, Rachel shares both the practical lessons and personal experiences she has learned while building a life of freedom, growth, and service.
